4. Orders and Payment
4.1 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse to accept an order for any reason.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in the currency specified on our website and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include installation, delivery, taxes, or other charges unless specifically stated.
4.3 Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your order confirmation or service agreement. We may require a deposit before beginning work on custom orders.
5. Warranty
5.1 Motor Warranty
We provide a 10-year warranty on motors for our motorized curtain systems, covering manufacturing defects and normal operation failures. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase.
5.2 Parts Warranty
Curtain parts including tracks, belts, accessories, and other components are subject to a standard 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. These parts are considered wear and tear items and their warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only.
5.3 Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions beyond the product’s specifications
- Damage due to unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Electrical issues not related to the product itself
- Damage caused by acts of nature (floods, lightning, etc.)
- Products used in commercial settings unless specifically approved
5.4 Warranty Service
For warranty service:
- Defective parts must be delivered to our warehouse for inspection, replacement, or repair
- Labor costs and site service visits are not included in the warranty unless covered by a separate service contract
- We reserve the right to repair or replace defective parts at our discretion
- Replacement parts may be new or refurbished
6. Returns and Cancellations
6.1 Custom Orders
Due to the custom nature of our motorized curtain solutions:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
- Returns are not accepted for custom-made products that conform to specifications
- We may, at our sole discretion, accept cancellations or returns in exceptional circumstances, but we are under no obligation to do so
- Any accepted cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover our costs incurred
6.2 Stock Products
For non-custom, stock items:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be in original, unopened packaging
- A restocking fee may apply
7. Delivery and Installation
7.1 Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on product availability, customization requirements, and other factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Supplier delays
- Transportation issues
- Weather conditions
- Changes to order specifications
- Delays in obtaining necessary permissions or access
7.2 Installation
If installation services are included in your order:
- You must ensure adequate access to the installation area
- Any structural modifications required are your responsibility unless specifically included in the service agreement
- Installation may be subject to additional terms and conditions
8. Acceptance and Testing
8.1 Inspection Period
Upon delivery and/or installation of products, you have 3 days to test and report any issues or defects. Issues reported during this period will be recorded and addressed accordingly.
8.2 Issue Reporting
All issues must be reported in writing via email or other documented means. Please include detailed descriptions and, if possible, photographs of any problems.
8.3 Post-Inspection Period
After the 3-day inspection period, any issues will be addressed according to the warranty conditions outlined in Section 5.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9.2 Limitation
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 Maximum Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms, our products, or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products or services that are the subject of the claim.
